I spend my week in 2 to 4 cities: Khobar (Dammam), Riyadh, Jeddah and Dubai..
Are all Careem working spaces the same?
Yes and No.
Yes, the people in those working spaces share the same values and purpose.
No, they make me feel good in a different way.
Jeddah: Makes me feel proud. A three story building with captain training rooms in all three floors, and when I’m there I can’t help but get distracted by the LARGE numbers of Saudis getting in and getting out as Captains.
Riyadh: Makes me feel productive. In the mornings, there’s only Riyadh team members filling those meeting rooms and sketching and drawing charts all over those glass walls. During the afternoons, Tigers from different parts of KSA and countries visit, as well as partners and visitors start pouring in. Through the glass I can see everyone and everything move around. It makes me stop, observe and realize, “There’s a lot of business happening here!”
Khobar (Dammam): Makes me feel creative. Here, you can find some Dino-Tigers who can tell the best and most inspiring startup war stories you can hear. A mixture of quiet, space and coziness that gives me the chance to think and be creative.
Dubai: Makes me feel I’m part of a YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE thing. This is where I see people coming from all over the world, gathering and collaborating, to make life simple for more than 300 million people.
